My Haven App

We're pleased to announce that guests can now use the My Haven app. You will be able to:

  • View your holiday details

  • Purchase Play Passes

  • Book activities and swimming*

  • See entertainment listings*

  • Book a restaurant table

  • View opening times

  • Explore the interactive park map

*You will need to have purchased a Play Pass to access swimming, activities and entertainment.

The My Haven app is available to download via Google Play or the App Store. Once downloaded, you'll be asked to create an account and it’s this email and password you will use to log in to the app in the future.

Please note: Play Passes can only be purchased on the app if you follow their break patterns (Monday to Friday, Friday to Monday, Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday). If you don’t follow this, you will have to buy Play Passes on the park when you arrive, subject to availability. Play Passes can be purchased on the app from 12 weeks before arrival. Once arrived, Play Passes can be purchased on the park, subject to availability. This app update is for Private Letting guests only. Currently Friends and Family and charity bookings are excluded.

Here's a reminder of how you can enjoy the experiences on the park:

Booking swimming sessions

  • Play Passes must be purchased.

  • You are able to pre-book up to 14 indoor swim slots per holiday booking from four weeks before your break start date and throughout your entire stay with us on park. Each swim slot lasts for 60 minutes.

  • There is no booking required for anyone wanting to swim in the standalone outdoor pools.

 

Booking activities

  • Play Passes must be purchased.

  • You are able to pre-book free activities and ones you’ll need to pay a little extra for, from 12 weeks before your break.

  • Activities can also be booked during your holiday, but we recommend booking ahead for anything you’re sure you want to try.

Please note: you’ll be able to book activities for the first day of your break via the Activity Booking Point on park once you’ve checked in (subject to availability).

Booking a restaurant table

  • No Play Passes are needed.

  • You can make a restaurant table reservation and this can be done from 12 weeks before your break.

  • You can also book tables during your holiday. There is no need to book outdoor dining, you can simply turn up and the Haven team will do their best to get you seated.

  • You can take a look at Havens fantastic food and drink offers on the app to see what's available in the restaurants during your visit.

Please note: They’re able to seat up to eight guests to a table on the booking system. If you’re a larger party, you will need to book a table of eight to start with and then contact the park directly to add more people.

The following experiences are not available on the My Haven app currently:

Ordering food and drinks

There are table service, delivery and collection options.

Here's how you can order:

Sat down in our venues: you can simply scan the unique QR code to go to the Haven Serve app. No need to queue, they will bring everything over to the table.

Anywhere else on park: go to haven.com/order, select the park and then decide whether the order is for delivery, collection or to a table in the list of venues. You will need a Play Pass to access the entertainment venues.

Play Passes

Private Letting guests can now purchase Play Passes online before they arrive. 

 

If you have a booking directly with an owner (like ourselves) or through a letting agent, please visit: haven.com/play-pass 12 weeks before arrival to purchase your Play Passes.

Once you have purchased Play Passes, bookings can be made at haven.com/experience. You can book activities and restaurant tables 12 weeks before you arrive. Swimming sessions are available to book 4 weeks before arrival.

 

If Play Passes are purchased after the booking window has opened, we cannot guarantee availability for swimming sessions or activities. No refund will be given if you no longer require the Play Passes.

 

Once you've purchased your Play Passes, you will be sent a purchase receipt that you'll need to keep safe so you can collect your Play Passes on arrival.

 

Play Passes are subject to availability and are non-refundable. 

 

*Child pass is applicable from 4-15 years old; children under 4 do not require a pass to be purchased. Please note, if passes are not purchased for the party, children under 4 will not have access to the swimming or the entertainment alone, they must always be accompanied by an adult with a play pass.
